Can I Ship to a P.O. Box?

No. Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped. If the order is canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel orders once the package has been shipped or is in transit. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will notify you via email.

Changing Delivery Address

Unfortunately, we cannot change shipment information once the product is en route.

Free Shipping

We offer free express shipping on our products. Please note that if the delivery address is in a remote location, you may incur additional shipping costs at standard market rates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your order through this page: Track Your Order.

Please note: If your order includes both a vacuum cleaner and accessories, they will be shipped separately. You may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers.

Multiple Items in an Order

We strive to deliver all items in your order simultaneously. However, delivery times may vary due to different shipping methods used for various products. You will receive a shipment notification email for each item once it has been shipped.

Incorrect Products

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please email us immediately with your order ID number and photos of the shipping label, the SKU model number on the back of the product box, and the product inside the box. Send all photos to help@honiture.com.
