At Honiture, we offer a Price Match Guarantee to ensure you always get the best value when shopping on our official website. If you find the same product at a lower price from an eligible retailer within 30 days of your purchase, simply contact our customer service team with valid proof, and we’ll refund you the difference.

What is Eligible?

  • Applies to the same product, same model and specs purchased from the Honiture official website(honiture.com).
  • The item for price matching must come from a qualifying website or platform, the compared price must include shipping, and the product must not appear on the exclusions list.
  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

How to Request a Price Match ?

Please provide your order number and a screenshot of the lower price on another platform.

Step 1: Find a Better Price

Locate a lower price for the same eligible product you purchased on Honiture.com from a qualified retailer’s website or platform. Make sure it meets the requirements for our Price Match Guarantee.

Step 2: Apply for Price Match

Contact us at help@honiture.com with the following information: a valid link to the lower-priced product from an eligible retailer, a screenshot clearly showing the lower price and product details, and your Honiture.com order number.

Step 3: Get Your Refund

Once your request is submitted, please allow 1–3 business days for verification. If approved, the price difference will be refunded to the original payment method used for your Honiture.com purchase.

Exclusions

  • Corporate (B2B) prices and quotes; Commercial quantities and pricing (e.g., a reduced price not available to the public);
  • Overseas models & color variations that are not available locally (e.g., from parallel importers and grey market distributors);

  • Offers and promotions where loyalty points may make up a component of the payment;
  • Products sold by non-authorized distributors;
  • Clearance, close out, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or category promotions, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in. Items out of stock, on backorder, or end-of-line products;
