Warranty Policy

Honiture guarantees that, under normal household conditions and maintenance as outlined in this manual, if your device exhibits defects in material, you can confirm with us by sending your order receipt to ma. At Honiture's sole discretion, the original device deemed defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge within two years from the original purchase date.

You can also activate an extended warranty for free, which will provide free repairs or replacements within three years from the original purchase date. (If you cannot find the activation channel, you can contact us at support02@honiture.com for assistance.)

Remedies

In rare instances, if a replacement device is issued, the warranty period will end ninety (90) days after receiving the replacement device or the remaining time of the existing warranty period, whichever is longer. If the device is replaced, Honiture reserves the right to replace the device with a device of equal or greater value.

Exclusions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the limited warranty does not cover indirect losses and incidental damages or defects related to the following:

1. Consumable parts such as filters or brushes, which are subject to normal wear and tear and require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure proper device operation.

2. Defects resulting from rough or improper handling or use, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other natural disasters, weather, power outages, or power surges.

3. Improper operation or maintenance, failure to use the product as instructed, or connection to an improper voltage supply.

4. Negligent use or maintenance, neglectful or careless operation, or misuse of the product.

5. Accidents, abuse, misuse, or any unauthorized repairs, modifications, disassembly, or opening of the product casing.

6. Buyer or third-party failure to adhere to seller-specified product environmental and storage requirements.

7. Inadequate transport packaging of the product.

8. If the battery experiences a short circuit, the battery case seal is broken or shows signs of tampering, or if the battery has been used in a non-specified device.

9. Use of parts not as instructed in the product manual.

10. Use of parts and accessories not manufactured or recommended by Honiture.

11. Use in commercial environments as this product is designed solely for residential use.

12. Extreme or external causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: power failures, ISP (Internet Service Provider) service, or wireless network failures, fluctuations, or interruptions.

13. Any products purchased from unauthorized dealers/resellers.

14. Products used outside the country of purchase.

15. Loss or theft of the product.

Disclaimer

This limited warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy against Honiture for defects in your product. This limited warranty replaces all other Honiture warranties and liabilities, whether oral or written.
