How do I connect my robot vacuum cleaner to my cell phone? Does it support 5GHz Wi-Fi networks?

First, download the HonySmart App and register an account from your mobile store or by scanning the QR code directly on the Quick Guide, then follow the Quick Guide to make a WIFI connection.The robot vacuum currently only supports 2.4GHz networks.

How can I avoid wetting my carpet while mopping?

Please note that Honiture robot vacuum does not recognize carpets to automatically lift the mopping cloth holder and turn off the water dispensing, but you can avoid wetting the carpet by setting the carpeted area as a no-mopping area on the app.

If I don't want the robot vacuum to mop on my carpet, can I do that?

Yes, you just need to set the carpet area as a no-mopping area in the App.

Can the robotic vacuum set different suction power and water volume for different rooms and set the cleaning sequence?

Yes, you just need to open the App, customise the settings and save the edited map.

Can I use cleaning agents for the wiping function?

We generally advise against adding cleaning agents as they corrode the pump and the foam from the cleaning agent clogs the water outlet.

Can I place the charging stand in the room?

No, we recommend that you place the charging standand in an open location, such as a living room, because if the robot vacuum cleaner and the charging stand are far apart or there are many obstacles, the recharge may fail.

How do I create a map?

The V8 Pro robot vacuum will scan its surroundings for 7 minutes to generate a colorful map before starting to clean, you can personalize the map and save it without having to repeat the settings afterwards.

How many maps can the robot vacuum and mop store?

V8 Pro and Q6 SE robot vacuum can store up to 5 maps at once

How do I enable the smart voice assistant?

After connecting the robot with the "HonySmart" App successfully, confirm that voice wake-up function is enabled in the App settings. You can wake up the robot vacuum
