While I was a little disappointed to have to buy a battery after one year, I did receive a new battery and it works great. Glad to have my vacumm back again because it is the best!

Arrived quickly will extend the life of the vacuum cleaner and will be most useful to have a battery always charged

I bought the Honiture replacement because the reviews of non-honiture brands said the others did not fit. It works fine....found the one I lost so now I have two so I can keep vacuuming when one runs out.

This vacuum is so good, I can hardly believe how easy it is to use, the light shows the dirt and the vacuum picks up the dirt easily,I bought a second battery so I can do larger jobs!

This was a good deal for battery and filters.

I thought I has misplaced the battery to this _excellent_ vacuum. The various QR codes attached to the device misdirected me and did not get me to Customer Service. When I did uncover the pathway I got prompt, polite service and good shipping.

Works just like original battery. Just fine.
