Overall, I'm VERY happy with this purchase and wish I'd bought it much sooner. And, a rarity these days, their customer service is excellent!
Have been interested in a robotic vac for a while. Saw this one at an affordable price point with the functions I wanted. Have not been disappointed.When received I was impressed with the nice packaging and easy to understand instructions. I was even more impressed with how quiet it is and how well it cleans!It is very slim so it has no problem getting underneath furniture that seldom gets attention. And it is smart!
This is the third brand of robot cleaners I have had. It has a good suction and the brush underneath works well, some do not have this. I do not have any use for the mop function so cannot comment May well treat my daughter in law to one in the near future. Very pleased just waiting to see how long it lasts.
I never thought I needed this until I purchased it. I have a cat, and after manually vacuuming, my cat gets litter all over the floor. It catches all the litter and cat hairs. I just connect it through the app which is very easy to understand, and it gets the job done in under an hour.
Very good vacuum.Love the vacuum, I have a horrible sand problem due to 2 dogs and kids so it was a job just sweeping and vacuuming everyday seems like all day. The vacuum definitely had its work cut out but surprisingly it's doing a great job. I do have to clean it more than recommended only because of all the sand and dirt but I'm very satisfied with my purchase. It does try to climb things though but it's kinda funny.
The robot vacuum is super efficient, and I’m really happy with it so far. It was not expensive, and i believe it does an equal or better job than the $500 brand named robot vacuums out there.
I didn't expect a lot from this, since it was inexpensive compared to many others, but I have been pleasantly surprised. I have three dogs and a cat and a robot vacuum is a huge help for me. It’s also easy to empty and refill. Overall, highly recommend this! I‘m very happy with it.
