Honiture G20 Pro Robot Vaccum

The Honiture robot vac is very easy to use. I don't like the app function at all but the remote control or just pushing the button on the vac to "start cleaning" is very useful. Love the way the vac tells you when it is charging, cleaning, mopping, etc. I mostly use it to vaccuum my carpet and can count on it to pick up the dirt. I've had another brand of robotic vac and it didn't pick up the dirt like this one does. It's easy to clean. Easy to operate. Lightweight. It's a dream to work with and the price was well worth it. The only thing I think could be improved upon is HOW to use the remote control as there are no instructions with that.

The canister is very small and this product May not be for dogs owners unless they don’t shade
But otherwise it works well

Overall, I'm VERY happy with this purchase and wish I'd bought it much sooner. And, a rarity these days, their customer service is excellent!

So far, so good. I have had this little creature for a few months now and it has been super helpful. Seems to have strong suction and doesn’t often get stuck or miss spots. Sometimes I have to redirect or reattach the brush attachment but it’s nbd. *I have not used mopping function yet. When I do, I’ll return and update*

I have long wanted a robot vacuum but was put off by the price point of other brands. I thought I would give this product a try and it did not disappoint. It was easy to pair with my phone, has a long battery life, and is effective at vacuuming up all the small bits of dog hair, dust, and particles that accumulate on a daily basis. It is truly mommy's little helper, working to help me clean up as I wash dishes or do other work around the house.

The vacuum works as advertised. The only concern we have for our new robot vacuum is that the documentation does not cover all the included parts. For example, it has a mopping cloth feature. The section of the documentation that deals with "Product introduction" acknowledges this feature, but there is no further indication of how to attach the included parts or use them. Same thing for the hand-held remote control unit.

Have been interested in a robotic vac for a while. Saw this one at an affordable price point with the functions I wanted. Have not been disappointed.When received I was impressed with the nice packaging and easy to understand instructions. I was even more impressed with how quiet it is and how well it cleans!It is very slim so it has no problem getting underneath furniture that seldom gets attention. And it is smart!
