Price Match Policy:

At Honiture, we offer a price match guarantee to ensure you always get the best value when shopping on our official website. If you find the same product available at a lower price on another platform within 30 days of your purchase, simply contact our customer service team with valid proof, and we’ll refund you the difference.

Eligibility & Process:

1. Applies to the same product (same model and specs) purchased from the Honiture official website (honiture.com).
2. The request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
3. Please provide your order number and a screenshot of the lower price from another platform or website.
4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Returns:


1. General Return Conditions

We stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase under the following conditions:

Unused/Unopened Items
Unused and unopened items are eligible for a full refund upon receipt and inspection at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued excluding original shipping costs and transaction fees, if applicable.

Opened/Used Items
  • Non-quality issues: 
Opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Please contact help@honiture.com for troubleshooting and support. Depending on the situation, we may, at our discretion:

Provide replacement parts

✓ Offer a partial refund of 20% to 60%, based on the severity of the issue.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Items that meet our return criteria can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at help@honiture.com to request a return address.

  • Return Shipping Responsibility for Non-Quality Issues
For returns not related to product quality, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please carefully review the following requirements before proceeding with your return:
✓ Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
✓ All included accessories and documentation must be present
✓ Product must show no signs of use or damage
  • Please provide the tracking number, carrier, and shipment date after arranging the shipment and covering the return shipping cost.

Refunds:

1. For Returning an Item

  • Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after we:
✓ Receive the returned item
✓ Verify it meets all return conditions
✓ Confirm no quality issues exist

  • Important Notes:
✓ We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment
✓ Original shipping fees are non-refundable
✓ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

2. For Quality Issues:

If you believe your return is due to a product defect, please contact help@honiture.com before returning the item to determine eligibility for return shipping coverage.
You will receive a refund to the original form of payment once your return has been received at our returns processing facility. Refunds can take up to 5-7 days once returned items have been received. This time is determined by the payment provider or card issuer.

3. Refund Exceptions

  • Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy.
  • Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You shall bear all expenses related to shipping charges on machines and/or parts.

Additionally, we will provide refund payments through PayPal for purchases made via PayPal. In the event that the PayPal account used to place the order has been closed or is unable to receive funds, we will issue a bank check and receipt of the refund may be delayed. Please contact our customer service representatives to obtain further PayPal refund assistance.


4. No-worry Price

Be confident that you’re getting the best price on honiture.com. If at the time of purchase, or within 30 days, we’ll refund you the difference if you find the same model currently advertised at a lower price by an authorized honiture retailer in your country. Our Management Team will automatically review and compensate the price difference. Please contact help@honiture.com to assist with your price match request.


Return & Refund Policy Supplement

Note: Only Applicable During Provisional Shipping Policy Period

During the implementation of the Provisional Shipping Policy, refund requests for accessory orders shipped to the United States will only cover the full amount paid for the purchased products. Any additional import duties or surcharge fees included in the order will not be refunded.
