Noise level is low so my cays don't feel scared of it. The wheels and roller are big so the pet hairs don't stuck there. Compare to G20, the smart sweeping seems to be better.

Best bang for your buck for a clean space. I recently gave birth to my second child and have no interest in spending my busy day cleaning and washing the floors. This machine is awesome. Set it and forget it. Our house is now cleaner than before kids. Its so easy to use and set up was very straight forward. The corresponding app is great too because you get to see where the vacuum is and what its done. Also nice to have various ways of turning it on, via app, robot or remote. I dont have voice command set up but imagine itd work well. Im always impressed to see how much dirt dust and hair it picks up. I also love that it goes so intuitively under my sofa. Great product will definitely recommend all my family and friends to get one.
We love this little vacuum. With a toddler dropping food all over, this device has been really great.
Setting it up was easy, and easy to operate. Emptying the dustbin and water tank , and overall maintenance is easy to handle without any complications. Cleaning performance has exceeded my expectations. It's smart, efficient, customizable. Smart mapping and navigation is very impressive.This vacuum and mop combo does a fantastic job.
Overall, I'm VERY happy with this purchase and wish I'd bought it much sooner. And, a rarity these days, their customer service is excellent!
Have been interested in a robotic vac for a while. Saw this one at an affordable price point with the functions I wanted. Have not been disappointed.When received I was impressed with the nice packaging and easy to understand instructions. I was even more impressed with how quiet it is and how well it cleans!It is very slim so it has no problem getting underneath furniture that seldom gets attention. And it is smart!
I watched some reviews of the G20 Pro and thought it looked good, so I bought it during the sale. It works very well, and Im really satisfied.
It cleans incredibly well kitchen grease and coffee stains in the living room are no problem. It has smart obstacle avoidance and can clean along walls and in corners without missing a spot. Hair doesnt get tangled, operation is intelligent and simple, and it has strong battery life with auto recharging. Super low-maintenance.
It works good, I am enjoying the robot, I hope it will work for long time.
