Mopptuchhalterung für Honiture Q6 SE

I initially received the wrong item (the Mop Cloth Bracket twice instead of the 2-in-1 Dust Container). After contacting customer support, they acknowledged the mistake and arranged for a replacement.

It took quite a while for the correct item to arrive, and communication could have been faster. However, the replacement has now been delivered, and the issue was ultimately resolved.

Mistakes can happen, and I appreciate that the company eventually made things right. Overall, I am satisfied with the final outcome, but there is room for improvement in the handling time and customer service.
