I thought I has misplaced the battery to this _excellent_ vacuum. The various QR codes attached to the device misdirected me and did not get me to Customer Service. When I did uncover the pathway I got prompt, polite service and good shipping.

Battery works perfectly. I have 2 vacuums and 3 batteries which gives me well over 2 hours of vacuuming time - more than enough to vacuum the entire house on the medium power mode.
